These are a very lightweight thinner denim, great for summer! Lots of stretch. The inseam varies with the fraying, but the shortest parts measured about 3 inches (not including the fray) and they do seem to be a bit longer in the back. The size Small has a 9.25 inch rise and the 2XL had an 11.5 inch rise (Midrise).
